We are looking for a skilled CAD Technician / Survey Technologist to join our growing team at 360 Land Surveying. In this role, you will work closely with our licensed surveyors to prepare legal survey plans, topographic drawings, and precision survey documents for projects across British Columbia.

Responsibilities:
– Prepare and draft legal survey plans, topographic maps, and CAD drawings
– Process and analyze field survey data using industry-standard software
– Assist with quality control and review of survey documents
– Coordinate with project managers and field crews
– Maintain organized digital and physical project files

Requirements:
– Diploma or degree in Geomatics, Survey Technology, or a related field
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a survey or CAD technician role
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar drafting software
– Experience with survey data processing software (e.g., Trimble, Leica)
– Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
– Knowledge of BC survey standards and regulations is an asset
