Evgeny did a good job on my lot. He explained to me patiently what he's doing, where was the problem and how he's going to solve it. He also put down extra iron posts instead of wooden ones upon my request, which was important for me since I have a long property line. Time-wise he's very accommodating, he changed his schedule to meet mine. Overall, he's sound professionally, I would feel comfortable working with him.
