4. Fees and Payments

- A deposit may be required before initiating work.
- Payment is due upon receipt of the final invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may incur additional fees.
5. Project Timelines
Timelines for project completion will be estimated based on project scope and complexity. Delays caused by weather conditions, unforeseen site conditions, or third-party involvement are not the responsibility of 360 Land Surveying.
6. Liability and Limitations
- 360 Land Surveying will perform services with due diligence and professionalism.
- We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.
- Liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service rendered.
7. Intellectual Property
All reports, maps, drawings, and documents provided by 360 Land Surveying remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for purposes beyond the agreed scope without prior consent.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the provision of services.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through mediation or arbitration as per applicable jurisdictional laws.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 360 Land Surveying operates.
11. Amendments
